These terms cover the Say So For Me website at saysofor.me and its waitlist. The site is run by Blackhole Software, LLC (CrashBytes). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The product isn't live yet

Say So For Me is still being built. This site describes what we plan to offer. Features, launch timing, and the prices shown as "at launch" may change before we open. Joining the waitlist doesn't buy anything or reserve a price.

The waitlist

Give a real email address that you control. We may remove signups that look fake or automated. You can leave the waitlist any time with the link in our emails.

Using the site

Don't try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site, and don't use bots to submit the form.

Our content

The site's text, design, and logo belong to Blackhole Software, LLC. Agent2Agent (A2A) is an open protocol from Google. Mentioning it doesn't mean Google endorses us.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't promise it will be error free or always available.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Blackhole Software, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
